Returns Policy

The DSSLV 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We're confident you'll love the switch, but you shouldn't have to take our word for it. Every DSSLV order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.

How it works

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.
2. We reply within one business day. For most issues you won't need to post anything back, a photo or a quick description is usually enough.
3. Choose a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

What's covered

• Every product we sell: laundry, dishwashing, multi-purpose and dog shampoo sheets.
• Opened and used packs: a guarantee you can only claim on an unopened box isn't much of a guarantee. If the product didn't perform for you, we want to know.
• Multipacks and bundles: covered too. If one product in a bundle disappoints, we'll refund or replace that item rather than void the whole bundle.
• Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders: replaced free of charge, any time, no questions asked. A photo helps us fix it faster.

The fine print (we've kept it short)

• The guarantee runs for 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
• Change-of-mind returns on unopened products are welcome within the same 30 days. We'll email you a return address, and postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
• For performance refunds you don't need to post anything back. Most claims are sorted from a photo and a short description.
• The guarantee exists so you can try DSSLV risk-free, so we apply a fair-use rule of one money-back claim per product per household. Damaged or faulty orders are always covered, every time, on every order.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our guarantee sits on top of those rights, not instead of them.
